Dr. Melanie Goldfarb is a fellowship-trained endocrine surgeon and Director of the Center for Endocrine Tumors and Disorders. Her expertise is minimally invasive surgery for thyroid cancer and disorders. With her extensive knowledge in Thyroid Ultrasound and Fine Needle Biopsy, Dr. Goldfarb has been practicing Thyroid RFA in Santa Monica since 2021, offering a ‘one-stop-shop’ to patients for diagnosis and treatment plans.

Dr. Lowell Schmeltz is board-certified in Endocrinology & Metabolism. Dr. Schmeltz specializes in managing disorders of the thyroid, parathyroid, pituitary, and adrenal glands, lipids, and diabetes mellitus. He has special interests in thyroid nodules/cancer, thyroid ultrasonography, and thyroid RFA. Dr. Schmeltz is an Associate Professor at the Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine. He is very active in medical education, teaching medical students, residents, and fellows.
